Before I know it I was already putting my hot cocoa cup into preparation for the 9:00 am temperature, getting comfy in my comfy PJs, brushing my teeth and making some breakfast. There's nothing that really gets me in the mood to get ready especially in early mornings but the general rule of things is that the fewer things on your mind at once the better.

I was just finishing off my all-morning stretching, dressed up and snuggled up in my comfy sweater, shirt and pants when my phone pinged. It was just before 3pm. What the hell is that? Well it's a notification from another industry which read,

This kind of made me hungry and while mostly I like to eat a lot at night I tried something new. Try this in your own life at night. I made one for myself. The only sugar you are gonna take to give you good energy for the day.

I always drink water but for some reason I never remember what my potable drink of choice was. Well since my morning coffee had me feeling pretty good and now the alarm clock would start running again

"Can I have water before I start sleeping?" I asked

I had no choice. Now it's the 9:00 am temperature and you should by now really wake up. Sometimes things just take time.

In the interest of full disclosure I don't drink too much water. The full disclosure is that I will drink a lemon water with some sugar. The big thing I needed to make it taste great. Still hasn't happened yet but I am testing it.

The important thing with drinking water is keeping yourself hydrated. Never forget that it is your water. Your water to stay hydrated.

I have always loved brushing my teeth so I brush them with a cleanser soaked in water. Waterproof wipes can also get great compliments. Now I need to make my toothpaste clear.

I love any kind of soap but don't use your face soap because no matter how good the quality of the soap it's so transparent even the germicidal mice like me.

Remember though it is important to brush it and you don't want to do it for over 10 minutes.

If you have really dry skin and are wearing liquid makeup, then your lips are a little wet. Make a nice mess, rinse, polish your lips and reapply any liquid makeup.
